Why should you lose weight?
Think about it, what is the reason you would like to lose some excess fat? Would you like to
- Look better?
- Be more confident about yourself?
- Be healthier overall?
- Be better in your favorite sport?
- Maybe you are just tired of your belly lying on top of your trousers and belt.
- Or Maybe you would like to look good naked?
There are many different reasons for people to lose weight. Most likely you already have one since you are reading this. First thing you should do is to forget about those ridiculous excuses I have heard, “I don’t have the time”, “I don’t like to starve”, “I hate exercising it is too hard and I get all sweaty”. These are just examples of some of the stupid excuses I have heard. You need to find your motivation and make it a priority for yourself to get some weight off from your body.
Motivation is simply the most important thing here. Now you might be thinking, I have all the motivation in the world but still I find it hard to lose weight. For this I say, you should find the way to lose weight you enjoy and the it is really easy to transform that motivation into action! It is the hardest part to get started, to go running, go to gym, eat less candy, drink less soda, but think about the benefits and just do it. Don’t lie on sofa, go exercise! This is your life we are talking about, no oneĀ else’s.
