How to get a toned body fast?

Question:

I go to gym three to four times a week, depending how I have the time. One exercise session at the gym lasts for about an hour. After that I usually do a 30 minute aerobic exercise, with treadmill or crosstrainer machine. The aim is to get a toned body, should I add more aerobic exercise or is this amount enough?

Answer:

Almost everyone would like to have that toned body, but all of us don’t have the will to do it. It takes some devotion to exercise regularly and eat healthy. Aerobic exercising is a great way to get better oxygen intake. A good aerobic condition also helps your body to keep more efficient and faster metabolism which then again helps in burning fat out of your body, which results as a more toned body.

What I would suggest is that you would add an exercise session solely devoted on aerobic exercising once a week. You could use exercise machines, like treadmill which you would on the uphill setting for a half an hour and the other half on the cross trainer machine. Other option is to go out jogging or doing really fast paced walking for 45-60 minutes. If you have stairs around your area, you could go and run or walk them up and down, running hills is also a great aerobic exercise.

There probably is no need to say anything about healthy eating, as you most likely know it already. Just remember to eat enough and to drink water when exercising. You shouldn’t over do your exercising, and if possible you could completely change your aerobic and weightlifting exercises to separate days, just make sure you have at least one rest day in your week.
