How to firm up breasts?

Question:

I’m just 25 -years olf, but my breasts are already starting to sag. This bothers me and my breasts are big but they aren’t specially huge. My shoulders and neck are sore as a result from this, and my self esteem is really down. Is there anything I could do to firm up my breasts. I do regular exercising, like bodypump aerobics, running, walking and go to gym. A physiotherapist did a muscle strength measurement and it said that the muscles on my back side are much stronger than muscles on the front. Is there anything I can do else than to go to lift up surgery, this is making me desperate.

Answer:

This is a difficult subject and there aren’t really that much you can do by exercising. There are few things you can try and that have helped some, but the main problem here is that the breast itself isn’t a muscle and it cannot be trained. We can exercise the muscles underneath breasts and shoulders to give a bit of lifting to the chest area. Other than that, there isn’t much that can be done, except that lifting surgery.

It seems that the basics are already in place, you are exercising and going to gym. For running, jogging and aerobics you must make sure you are wearing GOOD sport bras, they will prevent your breasts bouncing up and down, which is the most harmful for the skin tissue. The stretching of skin tissue is the thing that it the end makes your breast saggy. The main thing about exercising and the theory why it should help, is that when you exercise your chest muscles the size of your chest a bit bigger which will make your breasts fill better that skin around your chest. Exercising shoulders will get you a better posture, which means that your shoulders as they are higher will pull the breast skin higher, which should end a bit firmer and less saggy looking breasts.

So the thing for you to do is to start doing different shoulder exercises and chest strengthening exercises. Especially the front shoulder should be a target of the exercising it brings a lot of lift and support for the bosom.

One of the problems for women with large breasts is that the heavy load creates problems in their back, neck and shoulders. This kind of muscle spasms should be taken care of really good, you should for example think about visiting a sports masseuse.

One last thing, getting firmer breasts is a big business and the lotions that should help you don’t really seem to do anything than moisturize your skin. So, if you have heavy breasts you don’t get any help from those. There are also some pills available, but they don’t seem to work either.

In the end, if you are really struggling with big breasts and they make your life a misery and exercising at the gym doesn’t help you. Then it just might be that there are no other options than a breast reduction surgery. First I think it is still wise to try for 6 months exercising and remember, by losing weight your breast size usually becomes smaller.
