What should I eat to eat correctly?

To this day I haven’t spent much time on thinking about what I’m putting into my mouth. Is there anyway to know whether my eating habits are as versatile as they need to be? Is there something that I should be focusing on?

Choose products that are low on fat, but have some carbohydrates, like wholemeal. vegetables and fruits.

The main thing is to eat enough of everything, but not too much so that you get enough energy for your one day needs. Versatile eating habits will keep you healthier and in better shape all around.
