If running stairs isn’t for you. Why not burn your fat away by doing some sports, for many it is much more pleasing and comfortable way of exercising. Different games and sports get your mind occupied and you don’t even notice you are really pushing hard on the field. Only problem with different sports is that you need to master them to some extent to get the full advantage of the sport. Main thing is to remember, if you want to lose weight, if you go to play badminton for example, don’t go there for socializing but to exercise.
