This running schools aim is to be able to run 3 or 6 miles straight without pauses. At this point where you are able to run such distances you usually have achieved such aerobic fitness levels where you can really workout hard to burn your excess fat away. To get a nice looking body I still recommend to go for example to gym to workout your muscles to keep some shape in your body as you start to lose weight. Also eating is important as running burns calories fast. This small guide is for those who are barely able to run for 1 minute straight, we start from the bottom and aim for the top! To be able to run 3 miles it takes about 5 weeks to reach this level from zero level, to be able to run 6 miles it takes about 10 to 11 weeks. So nothing happens overnight!

The school isn’t as hard on the beginning as you might think, this is the way I become able to run for 6 miles. I rarely run more than that, or at least keep the maximum length time in one hour. The beginning is easy, but for beginners it still might get their muscles a bit sore. So what are the requirements before you start to think about running. You should be basically a healthy individual, no heart deceases or diabetes for example, I suggest to consult your personal doctor before starting running, after you get the OK you are set to go.
