About

The aim of Fitness ABC is to get the knowledge I have gathered about exercising, fitness, losing weight, burning weight, lifting weights etc. to all those exercising beginners and novices, maybe even to exercising intermediates, around who might wonder about these things. We have different reasons to exercise, some might want to look good others just want to be or get healthy, I try to cover these different angles here.

A little about me, I’m under 30-year old male who has been exercising for all of my short life. I have done it all, soccer, ice hockey, martial-arts, squash, skiing, weightlifting etc. Currently I have time only to do overall exercising, jogging, squash, going to gym ( which I have done for the past 15 years ). So I have gathered a thing or two during the years to my personal knowledge about exercising in general. I’m not the worlds fittest guy, this means I’m no professional athlete as I do have a day job, but I’m in a decent shape, or at least I think so :) I will not try to give you any professional weightlifting tips, but I try to give you tips about how to get a flat stomach or six pack abs, how to get a bigger butt, or how to get a better looking body in general, these are just some of the topics I do know something about.
