About Chest
Chest muscles are made up of three muscles, Pectoralis Major, Pectoralis Minor and Serratus Anterior. Pectoralis Major is the biggest, it spans most of the sternum and clavicle and attaches to the upper arm. Pectoralis Major has many important functions at the shoulder, like flexing, adduction rotation. The Pectoralis Minor is smaller triangular shaped muscle that lies under the pectoralis major. Chest muscles are good in variety of sports. Good chest muscles make man's or woman's posture and overall appearance much more sporty.
About exercising chest
There are many different exercises that get your chest muscles working in one way or another. Like in all of the exercises, the main thing is to do the exercises in controlled manner and focus on using your chest muscles. Chest exercises can easily become bicep, or triceps exercises.
