About Biceps
Here you can find a collection of exercises for your biceps. Actually, these exercises work your biceps brachii and the brachialis muscle, biceps aren't just one muscle but two. The muscle responsible of the ball-like roundness on your biceps is the biceps brachii and actually the larger muscle of the two, the brachialis is located underneath the biceps brachii. These muscles help to flex your elbow and the biceps brachii helps to supinate your forearm.
About exercising biceps
Exercising biceps isn't really that hard. Take resistance into your hands basically and start to curl the weight up while keeping your elbow stationary. The most common mistakes are that in different biceps exercises exercisers start to swing their upper body or arms, to get the weight back up more easily. This just makes the exercise itself less effective and makes your biceps muscles to work less. So make sure you don't swing and rock your upper body and arms, focus on clean repetitions, this way your biceps will get the best workout!
